NN, INC. ANNOUNCES THE NAMING OF NICOLA TROMBETTI, THOMAS MCKOWN AND WILLIAM KELLY AS CORPORATE VICE PRESIDENTS

Johnson City, Tenn –June 9, 2005– NN, Inc. (Nasdaq: NNBR) today announced that it has named Mr. Nicola Trombetti and Mr. Thomas McKown Executive Officers and Corporate Vice Presidents. Mr. Trombetti joined NN Europe in 2000 as Plant Manager for the Company’s Pinerolo Italy facility and later was promoted to Vice President of Operations of NN Europe prior to his promotion to Managing Director of NN Europe. Mr. McKown joined NN in 2004 as Managing Director of NN Asia.
The Company also announced the naming of Mr. William Kelly, Chief Administrative Officer, as Corporate Vice President. Mr. Kelly joined the Company in 1993 as Assistant Treasurer and Manager of Investor Relations and has served in various corporate financial positions before being named as Chief Administrative Officer in 2004.
Mr. Roderick R. Baty, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer commented, “I am pleased to announce the appointment of both Nicola Trombetti and Tom McKown as Corporate Vice Presidents and Executive Officers of NN, Inc. Mr. Baty continued, “Since joining NN in 1993, Will Kelly has held increasingly responsible positions at the corporate level. His naming as a Corporate Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer acknowledges the important future role he will play in corporate compliance, risk management, investor relations and treasury responsibilities.”
NN, Inc. manufacturers and supplies high precision bearing components consisting of balls, rollers, seals, and retainers for leading bearing manufacturers on a global basis. In addition, the company manufactures a variety of other plastic components. NN, Inc. had sales of US $304 million in 2004.
